ValueError: Your GMail language seems to be unsupported,

New to Gmail backup - started and got the following error - Any ideas? Thank you in advance for your help. I would like to get this product working.

Starting backup of account debbie.pomerance@gmail.com into C:\Data\gmail\test
Error: Error occured, full traceback is bellow (gmb.py revision 664)

Hi,
you have probably enabled the Gmail Labs features. So you have to go to the Settings/Labels page and there enable IMAP access into All Mails folder. After doing this it should work.
